The witty word's of my three year old just have to be documented. They are just too funny and I don't want to ever forget her innocent mind!! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

While waiting in line at the redbox to rent a movie Sophie spots a rather large woman and say's to me
" Mom look at that ladies belly! It's real big and maybe there is a baby in there!"
I turned around to find a NON-PREGNANT large black woman and she was not happy. I am sure my cheeks were 10 shades of red as I apologized.
Bedtime routine is always the same and Sophia takes 10 minutes to pee and that is the time that she reflects on her life. You need to have the visual of her sitting on the potty as she is talking nonsense. She tells me that when she gets real big, she is going to get a tattoo. She said that she will drive her car and me and Gigi will ride in the backseat next to her car seat. Because apparently when she is 16 she thinks she still needs one. And then papa has to stay home and babysit Lucy because babies can't come to tattoo houses she says. As if Lucy will be a baby forever!
Then as I was downstairs getting her a drink of water, she runs down screaming " there is a Barade outside mom. I seen it and you missed it!" I asked her what a Barade and she said there was lights and music and kids. Clearly she meant a parade but I knew that can't be right. It is 9:00 on a Friday night. About 10 minutes later I hear screaming outside and I see kids running up and down the road with sparklers in their hands. Some parade Sophia :)

" Hey mom, remember that boy who was running around that doctor's office and him got in trouble by him's mama?"
I said yes and she said " I know why him was doing that. Because his daddy came home from Afghanistan and him was so happy so he ran around real fast. I'm gonna do that when my daddy gets home too!"
Sophie : " when I get bigger like you mom, I will make dinner, and workout, and takes showers, and drive and get tattoos and blow dry my own hair and my butt will be bigger like yours too!"

Sophia and Lucy were playing house. Sophia was the Princess of course and Lucy played the role of the Prince. Her name which was given to her by Sophia was " baby Prince"
She kept saying " Wake up baby Prince" or " it's time to eat breakfast baby Prince" or " lets go for a walk baby Prince"
Well during this time, Lucy pooped in her diaper. Sophie says " something smells REAL bad baby Prince!"
Then she proceeds to smell Lucy's butt.
Then she says while rolling her eyes....." Ugggh why does my baby Prince always poop his pants?"
